As PrBucks Dijital İletişim Ajansı, acting as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), we provide the following information about your personal data.
Scope
This notice applies to customers, business partners, website visitors and applicants using PrBucks' digital communications, social media, creative, branding, SEO and web development services.
Personal Data We Process
Identity and contact details; account and session data; business-process data; support requests; device, log and cookie data; preference and engagement data — only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
Purposes and Legal Bases
Contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention) and consent where required. Purposes include service delivery, technical support, billing, security, analytics (where consented) and responding to legal requests.
